You set the terms

- Say which species and sizes you take. Requests that do not fit never reach you.
- Mark the days you are away and your calendar closes for them.
- Every request waits 24 hours for your answer. Declining costs you nothing.
Zoaki handles the rest
- Owners pay by card. Stripe pays out to your bank account.
- The card is authorised before the stay, so the money is there when you accept.
- Your exact address stays private until you accept a booking.

Build your listing
Your photos, a few words about you, your city, your services and your prices. Then publish it yourself — there is no waiting list and nobody to approve you.

Take the safety quiz
Six questions on handling other people's animals. Read, answer, done in a few minutes.

Verify your ID
A government-issued ID and a selfie, through Stripe. A couple of minutes.

Add your payout details
The bank account Zoaki pays you out to, set up through Stripe.

House sitting
You stay at the owner's home and keep the pet in its own routine.
Dog walking
Walks that fit around the rest of your day.
- Zoaki does not pay vet bills or damage — owners and sitters carry those themselves, so agree what happens before a stay.
- Every sitter passes the same ID check you do, so nobody is competing with an unverified listing.
- A review can only be left by someone who was actually on the stay.
- An owner who cancels inside 7 days of the start does not get the whole booking back.
